Due to the extensive range of products available at Bliss pharmacies we are able to provide a very quick order turn around with 98% of products being dispatched on the same day.
UK Delivery
UK Standard Delivery charge for items purchased over £50 is FREE
UK Standard Delivery charge: £5.00
This 1-2 working days service allows you to order as many products as you require for one simple price.This is our standard service that applies to all UK Mainland orders. All orders placed before 3 p.m. are dispatched by 1st class recordered Royal Mail from our pharmacy store on the same day.
European Union Deliveries (EU)
Orders placed from within the European Union are sent by Royal Mail or by our nominated courier. They take between 5 and 14 working days to be delivered depending on your location. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
If your order is sent by Royal Mail then the delivery charge is £9.95 except the Republic Of Ireland which is £7.95. Orders over 500g will be charged at EURO Parcel Rates.
European Deliveries (Non EU), GCC and Rest Of The World
We do deliver to other European countries (Non EU), including Balearics and Canary Islands, Cyprus, Malta and Norway. We further deliver to the GCC countries. Unfortunately we currently do not ship to countries outside of Europe and the GCC.
Please contact us for delivery options. We will select the best method available and deliveries can take between 5 and 28 days. We cannot be held responsible for any Customs Duty that may be applicable in your area, however we will provide any relevant consignment documentation required by local customs officials to identify the parcels contents.
Inventory/ STOCK:
Very occasionally certain items will go temporarily out of stock or may be discontinued at short notice by our suppliers. In the event that we cannot send all your items in one shipment we will part ship your order so that you receive the majority of your selected items as quickly as possible. The remainder of your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of the good from our suppliers.
Delivery Delays:
All UK orders are sent via UK Mail. We cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system, or any industrial action taken by our nominated couriers as this is beyond our control.
Tracking your delivery:
Delivery is arranged through UK Mail's recorded delivery service. This service provides a tracking number through which you can track the delivery of your order.
UK Destination Definitions:
UK destinations do include: BFPO, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands and Scilly Islands but these areas are subject to different rates and timescale's compared to those deemed UK Mainland. UK Mainland is defined as areas not included in our UK Exceptions.
Deliveries to for UK Exceptions (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles) can take up to 10 days.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 09:00 - 15.00 GMT, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Orders placed after 15:00 GMT, Orders placed during a weekend or Bank Holiday after 15:00 GMT will be processed on the next working day.
