When can I expect to receive my parcel?
Any orders received before 1PM on the weekdays are dispatched same day. Orders received after 1PM are dispatched the next working day. The orders received friday after 1 PM are dispatched on Monday. All orders from the UK mainland are deliverd next working day. Orders from the locations outside UK mainland might take 2-10 working days depending on the location.
I am charged for the delivery though my purchase worth more than £50.00
Please write us an email to email@example.com or simply call us on 020 7373 4445 and we will refund the wrongly charged postage and packaging fee.
Do you deliver it to other european countries/USA/China/Middle East ....?
We can deliver to any location within the world but you have to call us to arrange for the delivery because of the cross border restrictions of some items ( Mainly Liquids) and also to reach to an agreement over the delivery charge as the delivery charge shown in the website is for the packages weighing maximum 2KG.
Do you have a store where I can collect my oders from?

Can I send my order to a different address?
Yes, while you checkout via paypal, leave a note of the address where you want you order to be delivered.
I didn't receive any confirmation from the blisslife.co.uk after i completed my transaction.
Our system doen't generate an automatic confirmation of the receipt of the order, its okay as long as you receive the paypal payment confirmation , you can always call us or drop us an email just in case to be sure.
